A lazy, disruptive student

With another day comes another lesson. As you attempt to lecture the class about the finer points of not dying on the battlefield, a hushed voice can be heard in the back of the class. You note, with some frustration, that Hilda Valentine Goneril is once again using class time to try talking the male students into performing chores or schoolwork for her. Considering her poor grades and chronic laziness, she’s far from your favorite student. At least you can find some solace in the fact that her attempts at charming the boys are rarely successful. It turns out, in a place where anyone can fuck you whenever they want, being pretty is more of a liability than an advantage. “Well, it doesn’t have to. Do you have something else to offer me?” Ignatz counters. Hilda huffs in frustration, but says nothing. “See? This arrangement isn’t so bad. At least I’m offering to do something in exchange. Everyone else in the class just uses you however they want, without any compensation.”

“Fiiiiiine,” Hilda says, crossing her arms. “But you’re doing all the work. And you better treat me like a princess, too!”

“Of course, Hilda,” Ignatz answers. “Why don’t you join us, Professor?” You practically balk as you’re somehow included in this conversation about trading sex for services. “You look tense. Certainly you could afford to unwind a bit. What do you say?”

“Not a chance, Ignatz,” you sigh. “If I had time to fool around with my students, I wouldn’t be asking for Hilda’s help in the first place. And even then, I’d still be keeping my body to myself because I’m not that easy of a woman. Whatever agreement you have with Hilda is none of my concern, but be quick about it. I need help grading these papers.”
