Burgers and Beers

"Mmmmm... fucking good burger!"

"Da-Da-Da!" Piotr said in complete agreement with Logan taking another bite.

"Hey!" Jubilee said putting her hands over Shogo's ears. "I appreciate the compliment but watch yer fucking language around the kid, bub!"

Walt shook his head drinking his beer staying out of it. "They are darn good, Jubes. Thanks for grilling them up."

"Yeah," Logan said. "Sorry, Jubes. Just so good... you know how much I'm missing sinking my teeth into meat out on the island. Thanks for this."

Jubilee smiled. "You're welcome guys. Thanks for coming out to help!" She frowned at her phone.

"Problem?" Jen asked.

Jubilee shook her head. "The girls want a night "out"."

Walt blinked. "You should go. Gwen wanted to spend time with her dad. You go hang with Tabitha, Alison and Laura. Try not to get into too much trouble and have fun!"

Jubilee rolled her eyes. "Have you seen those three at a bar before? Trust me it's always trouble! But fun... but Logan has a mission tonight and-"

"We'll watch Shogo," Jen said quickly. "Walt and I got this. I may be a novice at it but Walt's an expert! Go have fun. Right?" She looked at Walt.

Walt read between the lines. A "babysitting date". He smiled. It might not be "romantic" but then again Shogo was a very good baby. "Yeah... we got this, Jubes. Call if you girls need to get picked up though. You ladies be safe out there."

Jubilee laughed and kissed his cheek. "Thanks! If your ears are burning later though don't be surprised!" She skipped off to go pick out her outfit for a 'girls night out' of trouble with her friends and brag about the incredible sex she was having!

Jen smiled happily holding Shogo who looked at her then the direction his mother went. "You want to go with? Sure kid. Let's go help your mom get dressed up." She caried him into the house.

Walt and Logan kept eating but Piotrwatched the ladies leave. "Soooo... Jubile, da?"

Logan rolled his eye's but Walt nodded. "Yep."

Piotr nodded smiling. "She seems happy... you are too. Da, this is very good. If the cradle robber you being makes everyone happy this is ok."

Walt coughed his beer as Logan growled. "Nice Pete. Real smooth."

"What?" Piotr asked. "I was being encouraging, da?"

Logan chuckled. "Nyet. Hate to break it ya bub but near miss! That ain't the right expression anyway."

"Oh... is my bad, then," Piotr said. "I mean to say that even though you are a very, very old man Walt it should not bother you that she is so much younger. You're both adults and in love ...as long as you're both happy all is good. Better?"

Walt coughed. "Uh... sure. Thanks Piotr. I'm glad you're happy for us. "

Piotr smiled and nodded. "I am."

Logan shook his head sipping his beer. He sniffed and smirked with a troublesome look on his face. "You know..."

Walt glared at him. "Logan... don't!"

"What?" Piotr asked.

Logan grinned. "He's fucking the other one too."

Walt groaned as he facepalms and Piotr said incredulously, "Nyet? The big one?"

Logan shook his head sniffing. "The little spider... though big green is next. That's why she volunteered they watch the kid. The nose knows."

"Chush’ sobach’ya!" Piotr said then covered his mouth. "Is Xavier mansion ... Is school not... not... not Playboy Mansion!... surely Walter wouldn't?" He blinked looking at Walt. "Is true?"

Walt sighed. "Piotr a gentleman doesn't ask and a lady never tells... also real nice Logan. Classy move, bub."

Logan grinned. "I said I supported whatever made yall happy, bub. Not that I wouldn't give ya shit about it."

Piotr was shocked... but then shook his head. "Da, you are correct. Sorry it is very... surprising... but as long as everyone is happy..." he looks around double checking,"Then it is none of anyone's fucking business... I got that one right, da?"

Walt smiled. "Da... bol'shoye spasibo, Piotr. You're a good friend... the both of you."

Logan smiled. "See... only assholes are gonna judge. Like the thing between Jeannie Scott and myself... They don't like it? Fuck 'em." He raised his beer smiling. "To happiness."

Walt could get behind that. He raised his beer also smiling. "To happiness."

Piotr grinned. "To happiness," he said clinking his beer against theirs. "And yebanyi good burgers!"

Walt and Logan grinned. "To fucking good burgers!"
