Terminus

"The location you are currently in is called Terminal. It's a connecting point between this floor and other floors, of course this won't be how you're leaving this floor so it has little point to you except as a Liminal Space to begin your journey onto the rest of the floor, I can assure you that Goma and Martin will still be available even after you leave the Terminal," Dreg announces and Yulia looks thoughtful.

"I suppose then we intend to head to Mercantile," Yulia says and presses her finger to the screen over the word Mercantile. The doors of the train close with a dinging noise and then everyone on board almost falls over, none of them ready for the sudden lurch as the train begins to move. The world outside the windows zipping by in an array of whites, blues and yellows. Eventually the train stops and Dreg speaks over the announcement system again.

"Mercantile, for all your shopping needs," he states as the doors open.

Yulia and the others exit the train, surprisingly it looks similar to the Terminal, except there is now a door leading out of the area and there are more shops available. Goma and Martin's Shops are here, as well as a few abandoned shops. In the Mercantile Terminal there is a convenience store, the entrance of which seemingly was barred, but the bars have been torn open allowing access, the store inside looks pristine with items even still packed on the shelves, but no sign of anyone manning the place. Various food stuffs, a lot of it long past the sell by date sits on the shelves, knick knacks and electronic devices are also arranged neatly on the shelves and in the back still working fridges stock cold drinks. Beside the convenience store there's another store, this one seemingly a book store though Yulia is confused to see no books inside, instead there are a number of mechanical e-reading devices attached to the walls. They all seem to have become inoperational at some point, except one. In the back of the store, there is a faintly glowing e-reading device with something on it's screen.

Lastly in this area there is a counter style fast food place, offering pizza, burgers and other tasty treats. A number of tables and chairs are set just in front of it to let people dine on their orders. At one table there is a hot dog and drink in a plastic cup just sitting there, they seem recent, no sign of wear on either item and the objects both seem consumable.

Lastly aside from these things there is of course the door to the outside, it is closed, but the doors are glass and show that the terminal lies on the outside corner of a large street. Abandoned cars line the street and there are more buildings on the opposite side of the street, but there's not much else visible from inside.

"This place is... So weird and eerie, but it must have been a sight to see when it was functional," Yulia mutters as she looks around. The others seem to be in similar states of mind.

"Hey... We still have an extra person here," Cherchiel speaks up and the group turns to see Lemiel, who blinks as she realizes everyone is staring at her now.

"Didn't you say you were leaving?" Isalia asks curiously.

"Oh um right... Sorry I've never been to this floor before, I got a bit caught up in curiosity about it. There's no Tower Below presence on this floor that I can feel so... I'll be going now," she says, "enjoy exploring and I hope I'll see you all again soon." she continues and there's a slight sorrow to her words. It's clear she'd like an excuse to stay and explore this place.
