What's next?

Starting the Incentive Program

The next day you return back to your office and immediately start to work on positive in-company propaganda advertising your new incentive program. You had a memo on your desk with lipstick on it, from Lyla, with writing: "Here's that approval you were waiting for." and her signature, accompanied by a document affirming your actions. You get to work, and create some flyers to post around the building, as well as some e-mails to send out. After all the paperwork is done, you print the ads out, and begin hanging them around the company. You had to be very creative with the wording, considering just how unorthodox this plan of yours was. One such bulletin had on it written, "All female employees are welcome to add to their outstanding responsibilities offering 'moral' support and appropriate physical affection to their male colleagues. Male employees may rate the affection they receive and female employees exceptional in this regard can receive a raise relative to improved male workplace efficiency. The program is not mandatory, but highly recommended if you want to be a team player" The bulletin finished with a smiley face for a sun, and a cutesy picture of cows on a pasture on a bright day.

You were really quite proud of this one, as you held the bulletin up to the light and kicked your feet up. You distributed many across the various departments, and it was talk of the building. You look out of your office, and see a couple men from marketing division walking by the ad, they look at each other, and smile. It looks like things are already going in the right direction. A couple of ladies walk by as well and you happen to overhear them, better yet, see them. You're secretly glad the CEO never put her foot down on enforcing workplace appropriate attire. One of them said, "What happens when some of the guys can't do their jobs anymore, because they're busy trying to get their dicks wet? What happens when they start expecting it? This is so stupid."

The other replied, "It's just a harmless way to motivate the boys. Besides, it's not mandatory. I think we should go for it. What have we got to lose? Besides, a little bit of flirting with some of those hotties down in Marketing could be a lot of fun."
You smiled, it looked like some people were already starting to warm up to the idea.

A Few Days Later

After a couple of days, the new incentive program has become a hot topic, and some people are already taking part in the action. You walk by some of the offices and see several women giving the men back massages and rubbing their shoulders. You smile, it looked like the incentive plan was working.

You continue down the hallway and see Monica, the lovely redhead and new secretary, hard at work, answering a call, you decided to wait until she finished before speaking with her. You sneak a peak at her breasts, which were hidden under her tight, white, dress shirt. She was a knockout, and the best part was, she was still new to the company, which meant she didn't know the ins and outs of how the business was run yet. Which means, she was probably going to be a little more willing to participate in your program than some of the older ladies.

After a minute, Monica hung up the phone, and took a deep breath. You could see the stress in her face. "Can I help you?" she said.

"Actually, yes, I believe you can." you reply, "My shoulders have been killing me." You pretend to look tense.

"Oh, uh, I'll get you some painkillers." She says and reaches down to open a drawer.

"No, no. That's not what I mean. I want you to massage them."

Monica shoots you a dirty look. "Excuse me?"

"The new incentive program allows female employees to motivate their male colleagues, remember? You can get a raise if the men rate you 'exceptional'. So, how about it?"

Monica smiles and says, "I'm fine."

Damn. Maybe you were mistaken about some people really being on board with this.
You frown. "I can just report you for insubordination, you know?"

"I can report you for sexual harassment. The program isn't mandatory," Monica says still smiling.

You were about to argue that you weren't forcing her to do anything, and it was simply an offer, but a male co-worker walks by and looks at you, then at Monica, then back at you.

"Uh...sir...I don't mean to intrude, but...if the lady isn't interested...would you mind letting her work?" he says and then smiles sheepishly.

Monica's eyes light up. "Exactly. See? If you let me work, I'm sure other girls will be more willing to massage you." She points out across the room at the various ladies that were totally into the incentive program.

You look at the guy, and then his nametag for a moment. "Hubert" was engraved into the silver metal over his right chest pocket. He worked in accounting and wasn't very impressive looking. He didn't seem to care about his looks either, judging by the cheap clothes and bad haircut. You raise an eyebrow.

"You want a massage, Hubert?" you ask him.

He stammers, "Well, it's not that bad or anything, but...yeah. I've been working a lot lately and I wouldn't mind a little R&R. But, uh, no ladies...are really offering, and...uh, yeah..." He shrugs and scratches his neck. You made him feel really awkward.

You smirk. "See? This guy needs a massage. Can you help him?"

Monica looks at Hubert almost sadly. "Sorry, I just don't believe in being a tool for male pleasure. It's just a principle thing." She says.

Hubert responds, "Yeah...uh...I'm cool with that Miss Monica." He shoots a stupid thumps up sign, and Monica giggled.

You grit your teeth and shake your head. "Alright, I guess I'll leave you alone. Just remember this is all for the benefit of the company though!"

Monica smirks and shakes her head. "Whatever you say. Thanks for the opportunity, sir." She smiles, and put an emphasis on the sarcasm.
You walk away, frustrated, but hopeful that the situation could still be salvaged. She needs to be more complacent. You'll just have to make her realize that the company's success derived from YOUR plan is more important than her little feminist ideals.
