Dean wakes up at his hotel for the last time, it’s been a week since he left his house and told Brooke to get out of his life. He packs up his things gets the continental breakfast and checks out. Packing his car he can see the Tap That restaurant in the distance, he reminisces about his nights spent there with Summer, hopeful that he will see her in the future. He gets in his car and drives home.

It doesn’t take Dean long to get home, he was only a couple towns over. The house is still there, so that’s a good sign, Brooke didn’t burn it down or anything. Her car was gone, that was a good sign as well.

Upon entering the house, everything looked normal. Some things were gone here and there, presumingly things that were Brooke’s. Going upstairs he checked the rooms, Brooke’s Child’s room was completely empty. On to his bedroom, he checked her closet, empty. Brooke was really completely gone.

Dean headed back downstairs and into the kitchen. Brooke’s keys laid on the table. He had a sense of relief wash over him.

Dean was excited to start a new chapter of his life without Brooke.
