Krissy meets Mr. Blackwell the next day

Without a place to stay, Krissy spent most of that day walking around the city alone, carefully avoiding any dangerous-looking men. That night, she slept fitfully on a park bench, catching just a little sleep between the cold and the persistent fear that something terrible would happen to her.

When the sun rose, Krissy left the park and made her way to the address Mr. Blackwell had provided.

The address led her to a tall, modern building with a glass façade in the city's art district. A sign read "Blackwell Films" in sleek letters.
