Who's POV Do We Follow?

(YOU, The Brand Adjustor)

The head of HR is not the least surprised to see you. She bore a darker chocolate skin tone, and was very well figured. Despite her young appearance, you figured she must be in her mid 30s. She was dressed quite unusually for being HR, but you paid her short skirt and tight suit no mind. Lyla stands up and greets you in the doorway and offers a handshake. "Hello Mr. Adjustor, I'm guessing you've come to me to talk about something you need me to approve?"

"Uh, Yes, I need your approval to incorporate an employee incentive program to encourage employees to work their best. I know, It's unorthodox, but the Board is interested in anything that gets results." You stammer and you swear you could feel your confidence drain. You don't entirely recall how you were going to convince an HR head of all people that your "employee incentive" program incorporated using female employees to "motivate" the male ones. You can tell Lyla was thinking.

"What do you mean unorthodox?" She asks with a bit of suspicion in her voice. "It's not illegal or immoral is it? I don't have to call the police do I?" She asks as her hand slowly reaches for the phone on her desk.

You try to recover quickly, "Oh, no ma'am. Of course not, I wouldn't suggest such a thing. I would never want to see the company in any legal trouble or scandal. No, it's nothing like that." You laugh nervously. "I simply wanted to create an incentive program that will keep the staff motivated and working their best. I've read in several business books and even have heard anecdotal evidence that the best way to improve morale and quality of work is through the use of a 'Female Motivational Program'. Studies have shown that when male employees are given the appropriate stimulus, they can accomplish more and faster than they would otherwise. It's a tried and true method that can be used to the company's advantage. All it requires is some female employees who are willing to assist the males in their jobs."

"I'm sorry, did you just say female employees have to "assist" the male employees?" Lyla responds. "What exactly does assisting entail?"

You smile, "It's nothing major, I've heard stories of a man being given a massage or a small reward by a woman. That is all the stimulation they require, and their efficiency skyrockets!" You explain, knowing that a massage is the least you have in mind.

Lyla thinks and grins, "Massages, huh?" She says. You see her reach down and rub her legs, it just came to your attention how thick she is. "So, the only thing they're going to need is a little physical affection?"

"That's about it!" You say, happy to see her catch on. "It doesn't have to be anything serious, and no intercourse of course. I just want the women to give the men a pat on the back, maybe a kiss, that kind of thing."

"No intercourse?" Lyla smiles devilishly, and leans forward, you get a clear view of her canyon-like cleavage. "Maybe we can work that in too..." She says.

It became silent for a couple seconds.
You look at her in surprise.

"Don't be so shocked. You can't honestly tell me you think you're the only person in this company who thinks with their cock instead of their brain, right?" Lyla says in a sultry voice. "I bet there's plenty of men around here who wouldn't mind a little extra attention. And I'm not just talking about kisses and massages. Maybe some tit-fucking or even a blowjob or two." She gets out of her desk and sets her hand on your shoulder. "What do you think? I'll only give you the green light on your incentive program if you prove to me it works."

You swallow hard. You can't believe what you're hearing.

"If you're so confident, I think the first test subject should be you." She smiles.

Your jaw nearly drops to the floor. "Wh-what are you talking about??"

"Fuck me right here, and I'll gauge how well you work afterwards." Lyla smirks.

You stare at her, mouth agape. This was most definitely not a normal experience with HR. This was truly unexpected.

"I won't tell a soul, it'll be our little secret." she winks and takes her glasses off. She unbuttons her suitcoat, and there was nothing under it but her exposed chest. She turns around and bends herself over the desk, sticking her ass out. It was a sight to behold, you had no words.
