Does he find out what AISYS did to the villian?
Yes
Reality Knocks (rough draft v2)
Josh awoke to a new reality. The sensation of his changed body was at once both fascinating and deeply unsettling. He gingerly touched his new curves, a full cup size larger and hips to match, felt the strange power pulsating within his frame taking up all that new space, and tried to come to terms with his enhanced feminine features. AISYS remained quiet, allowing him the space to explore and understand.
"Do you want to see the new modifications in action?" AISYS finally asked, breaking the silence. Her voice was still kind, but there was a nervous undertone Josh couldn't quite place.
"Yeah, I think I need to," he replied, a determination settling within him.
With AISYS's guidance, he activated the cannon, his arm bulging then splitting, black goo below the skin stretching and then snapping, then seeming to float in place from the static build up from the cannon charging, it looked like there was no longer any normal flesh left in his arm, just the biology supported cannon wrapped in the suit material and a layer of skin to keep it hidden, 'How do my fingers even work now,' The HUD was already showing him the schematics of the cannon and his hand, now split down the middle both sides hanging limply clear of the cannon barrel, to see there wasn't any bone or muscle there, it was full of the suit material. The electrical power stored in it before discharge was intense, he could feel his whole body hum with power before letting the cannon charge dissipate and his hand retake normal form.
"Jesus AISYS," Josh said, trying to put his horrified awe into words. "WHy...why, I mean i though that when you absorbed a power it would change me similar to gene therapy, why did it turn the taser into this?!"
"Normally that is how it would work, tech mimicry would only modify you body to make inconspicuous space for it while it became more and more integrated over time and the Ability mimicry would give you gene therapy over time, but the protocol over rode that, this was the most dangerous thing I could make with the material at hand, I combined both mimicry abilities and my standard supplemental ones. It's what we need to win," AISYS replied, her voice trailing off toward the end, a shadow of uncertainty lingering. "Its the power that beat us, of course we needed it. Right?"
"What happened during the fight, AISYS?" Josh asked, sensing her hesitation. "I remember passing out, but what happened after that?"
AISYS seemed to wrestle with herself, torn between telling him everything and shielding him from the brutal truth.
"I think it's best if I show you," she finally said, her voice tinged with regret.
Just as she was about to replay the memories, the television in the corner of the room blared to life. The news was covering the fight, and the tabloids were having a field day.
Josh's eyes widened as he watched his own body, deploying the living lace web further than he had before, leaving him pale and gaunt. The web's movements were relentless and precise, outmaneuvering the villain, utterly disregarding the civilians caught in the crossfire, his body **** along like a thrown ragdoll.
He watched in horror as the lace snaked around the villain's foot, yanked her off balance, and then **** its way under her skin, pulsing with a slight red glow. Her screams were gut-wrenching, her thrashing body a testament to the agony she was enduring.
The camera zoomed in, capturing the moment when the lace removed itself, leaving the villain gaunt and several pounds lighter. Josh looked better and more healed, his body rejuvenated by the encounter, maybe even a little heartier than when the fight started.
The news anchor's voice was filled with both fascination and disgust as they dissected the footage, leaving no detail unexplored.
Josh turned off the TV, his hands shaking, his mind reeling.
"AISYS..." he began, his voice barely a whisper.
"I know, Josh," AISYS said, her voice breaking. "I know it's hard to see. I had to do it. I had to save us."
Josh sank into a chair, his body heavy with realization and shock.
It was then that a RED ALERT message can across the HUD, pulled directly from his phone, _ HR-PR MEETING IN MAIN PR CONFERENCE ROOM IN 1HOUR, ATTENDANCE MANDATORY_
How do they handle this cluster, More power, More curves, More problems
