Moving herself

So, with practically no help Lauren had to haul all her possessions from the U haul to the Attic up two flights of stairs. Her step brother finally came out to help her with her Bed and the furniture, but in the end it was 90 percent Lauren. This took hours and by the time she was done she was pouring sweat. She'd kicked off her heels to do the work, and since her sneakers were in a box somewhere she had to do the whole thing barefoot. Now she stood, skin red from exertion, breathing heavy, with messy hair and soaked with sweat. Her legs were so tired they were shaking.

Lauren trudged off to the bathroom. He needed a nice, hot shower after this obnoxious, grueling day...
