You wrote your name on the contract and handed it back to Lily.

She smiled: "Now you're your customer."

She put the contract into her drawer and took out a bottle. She poured the liquid inside to a cup and gave it to you: "This is the first dose. Drink this, please."

You gave a wary look to the deep-green liquid: "Shouldn't you give me... I don't know, a pill?"

"This is what makes our treatment unique. Our approach tends to be more... natural."

You stared at the cup for a while, then decided to drink it all. In contrast to its appearance, the liquid wasn't disgusting. It has the taste of peppermint gum.

You placed the empty cup on the table: "What does this medicine do?"

"It increases your sperm count. After 6 weeks of drinking this, a single ejaculation of yours will be enough to impregnate the entire female population of Europe."

You cast a doubtful look. Lily saw it too: "If you want, we can do a sperm count test and you can see your improvement."
