As they stood there in front of the treatment rooms, John and Jane seemed to be on the brink of a serene journey of relaxation. But then, Emily's voice gently broke the silence, a soft and polite interruption that drew their attention. "I apologise, but it seems that all of our double treatment rooms are currently occupied."

There was a momentary pause as Emily's words hung in the air. Her next question held a delicate suggestion, asking for their permission in a tone that conveyed both professionalism and warmth. "Would it be acceptable for the two of you to have your massages in separate rooms?"

Jane and John exchanged a brief, uncertain glance. The prospect of being apart during the treatment, after their anticipation of sharing this experience, gave them pause. Yet, the allure of the forthcoming relaxation still tugged at them, making the decision complex.

With a considerate nod, Jane seemed to come to a decision. "Okay, let's do it."

A small smile crossed Emily's lips, an expression that reflected her understanding of the situation. "Perfect. If one of you could follow Thomas, the other can come with me."

Before John could even react or exchange words with Jane, she was already turning towards the male therapist, Thomas. A polite nod, a gesture that indicated readiness, and she was guided away, leaving John standing there for a moment.

Emily's voice was gentle as she addressed him. "Shall we?" With that, she began to lead him towards the room from which she and Thomas emerged.
