“At least I have you, little pussy cat!”
Daniela lifted the balloon to stare at its cute puppy eyes. However, her fingers were damp with nervous sweat, and the balloon longed to be free. It slipped past her fingers and flew into the great white void in the sky. “Wait, no come back! Damnit! Well, at least the fog can still cover me.”
The wind blew again, blowing the white mist away from the streets. Everyone could see Daniela’s slender body clear as day. “Why do I even open my mouth?” Mercifully, Daniela could see as well. She spotted something interesting near a lamppost. A small cloth of sorts.
She went to pick it up and... “Kneepads? What the hell am I supposed to do with this?” Daniela picked up the two kneepads. She pressed them against her chest, but they were smaller than her hands, so they didn’t make for good cover. She tried to tie them around her crouch, but they couldn’t reach around her waist. Daniela resigned herself to wearing the kneepads as intended. “Safety first, I guess…”
Daniela ran while the street was mostly empty. Her dainty feet made little sound as she slapped the lukewarm stone path. She assigned one hand to cover her crotch and the other to hover over the crack dividing her slim butt cheeks.
So far, Daniela hadn’t run into many people, but goosebumps covered her skin. The wind didn’t help. At several times, she felt like the weather was about to change, but nothing happened. The clear skies remained as bare as she was.
Makeshift Item Card: Kneepads
A kneepad that can cover the player´s knees. Mostly useless. Can be thrown away at will.
