Reward them anyway.

"We're so sorry about that!" Aqua and Kazuma said, bowing before the realtor.

"Oh no, it's perfectly fine!" the old man quickly waved them off. "I see what you're saying, and I respect your integrity for admitting to it. Even if it was your fault they were all there, you did get rid of the ghosts, so you can stay in the house a while longer. I'm sure that will actually help its reputation recover, and it will save me the trouble of paying someone for the upkeep until I've sold it."

"Really? You're going to reward us anyway?" Kazuma asked, surprised at how magnanimous the fellow was.

"Of course! That said, I do have two requests if you really feel you owe me."

Later, they were weeding and sweeping around a headstone on the property as Aqua made lunch inside. That was the first of the realtor's requests. The second one was to tell him some tales about their adventures over dinner. Two easy enough requests. "So this is Anna's headstone huh? Wonder why it's here and not in the cemetery?" Kazuma mused.

"Hey Kazuma!" Wiz said, walking up. "I take it things went well?"

"Yeah, the nice old guy is letting us stay here for the time being regardless, despite the whole thing about it being our fault to begin with. Sorry for all the trouble Aqua caused, seeing as you were a victim of the whole prank part of her actions," Kazuma replied.

"It's not your fault, though she is starting to get in my nerves," Wiz admitted. "She really doesn't like the undead, does she?" she pouted.

"... she's only "starting to?"" Kazuma smirked. "You must have patience enough to make saints look up to you..." The two shared a laugh at that. "We're about to have lunch, do you want to stay over?"

"Oh no, I just stopped by to see how things went, I have to get back to my shop," Wiz replied. "I'll be seeing you!"

"You too!" he waved as she headed off.

"Kazuma, food's on!" Aqua shouted out a window. "Hurry up!"

"Alright, I'm coming as soon as I've finished up here!"

"I'm going to eat a piece of your chicken for every minute you're late!"

"Like hell you will!"
