A new task to go a new place.

"How about we take this job?" Elize asked as they looked at the board the next morning. "Deliver a letter to the royal capital. Travel expenses will be paid for, and the reward is seven silver coins. The client's name is a fellow named Zanac Zenfield."

Touya paused, considering that one. 'Wonder if it's that Zanac fellow I met when I arrived...' he wondered to himself. "I AM interested in going to see the capital, but how far is it?" he asked.

"About five days by carriage. And sadly, the limitation of Gate is that you have to be familiar with the location, so unless you've been there before..." Linze said.

"Well, we can always use Gate to come back," Touya shrugged. "And maybe spend a couple of days in the capital... Though that will mean the month I paid in advance for room in the inn will partly go to waste..."

"Well, I'm sure Mika-san would be willing to refund the rest of the month and have you back in upon returning," Linze replied. "We should ask about that ourselves."

"Unfortunately, we cannot fully reimburse you for the month you paid for, it goes against policy," Mika told Touya. "Seeing as the room is occupied by you, and will be waiting for you upon your return, thus meaning we can't rent it out, it would be lost revenue," she explained.

"I suppose that makes sense," Touya replied.

"However, we do have a service for Guild members for when they take a quest that goes for multiple days. Simply tell us how many days you expect to be gone, and you will be reimbursed half of that time," Mika replied.

"Better than nothing," Touya agreed. "Let's say a week then." With that, Mika gave him seven copper coins, and Elize and Linze eleven, because for them, it was three copper coins a day, since they shared the same room, but each got three meals between the two, and Mika rounded it up.

As Elize and Linze started to head out, Mika gave Touya a kiss on the cheek. "Stay safe," she told him.

"I will," he nodded, following his party members, watching their asses sway again. He'd never get tired of that...
