"He carries me on his back at the end of each day, he works as a good pack mule," Megumin said bluntly. "Plus, no one else would take me."

"Wait, really, aren't you the one with the Explosion magic in town? That's a high tier ability!" Cremea protested.

"It was also literally until recently the only spell she was willing to learn, she was only recently convinced to go into Fire Magic as a backup," Darkness remarked. "And she blows all of her mana every time she uses it, making her a liability from that point on."

"You don't have to be so blunt about it," Megumin pouted.

"We recently took to using me as bait for monsters, and then she blows them all up," Darkness added, grinning.

"That's awful! With you in the crossfire!?" Fio gasped.

"It's no big deal," Darkness shrugged.

"No big deal!? That's a good way to get seriously hurt!" Cremea exclaimed.

"I know, isn't it great?" Darkness crooned.

"She's a big masochist," Megumin told the two gobsmacked women.

"...a cur, an explosive nut, and a masochist that likes getting blown up..." Cremea wept along with Fio. "...at least that Aqua girl seems normal enough..."

"Damn it Aqua, stop stealing my food!" Kazuma shouted as Aqua this time blatantly stole off his plate.

"Buy me more next time!" she stuck her tongue out at him.

"I literally bought you enough food for three people in one sitting, and you already ate it, and you're still hungry!?" Kazuma growled. "Oh wait, look, meat buns!" he pointed.

"Where!?" Aqua turned away from him, drooling. WHAM! He struck her on the back of her head, knocking her out.

"...yeah, she's an idiot with an insane appetite, and constantly gets herself into debt, and had some **** get rich quickly schemes recently," Megumin noted. "She assaulted two people for ruining them so far."

"...hey Cremea?" Fio asked.

"...yes Fio?" Cremea asked, a shadow over her face.

"...as much as I admire Kyouya-kun, I've decided I'm going to kick his ass next time we see him for sticking us with these maniacs, however unintentionally..."

"Agreed."
