It's a good stopping point, and plan the next day.

"...you satisfied for one night?" Megumin panted at Kazuma as she rolled off of Darkness.

"Actually, yes," he smirked. Darkness shakily climbed back to her feet in response to Kazuma's words. Time to head back to the room it seemed. "Need another minute?" he asked Darkness, and she shook her head.

"I'm good, I can make it back to my room," she told him. He nodded and headed out as Megumin went to get her pajamas for the night. Darkness walked naked through the hall, and made it without being seen by anyone again. Kazuma followed her right in, joining her in her room.

"Well, that was actually a productive day, and now we're sitting on even more money than before!" Kazuma smirked. "No more worrying about that ditz getting into debt for a bit at least!"

"We could still do that manticore and griffin quest tomorrow," Darkness suggested.

"How come?" Kazuma asked as he got into the bed, Darkness following right after.

"I'll get my armor back then, so I'll be ready, plus, if you wanna make Megumin and I more reliable, getting us both some EXP will help us invest in the skills we neglected up to this point. Though Megumin is resisting it as much as she can, she can still get enough EXP to make up for it by killing monsters of that level. Plus, I wanna see them blow up... And get caught in the crossfire too," she grinned, her masochistic side harmonizing with her new sadistic one.

Kazuma had to admit, having Darkness be bait for Megumin's Explosion was a viable strategy. She was great at being a damage sponge if nothing else. Though it would make keeping Megumin from going crazy in boosting the power of Explosion even more important, at least until he let Darkness invest more in durability again. "Fine, we'll try it," he agreed. "But let's sleep now..."

Darkness nodded, cuddling up to him.
