Touya and the twins then went back through another gate he set up, back to the guild so Elize could turn in the items she had finished gathering and get her reward. "I think the magic lesson is over for today," Linze said.

They walked back to the inn from there and walked right on in to see Mika with another girl. "Ah, great timing!" she said, spotting the three. "This here is Aeru," she introduced the other girl, gesturing to her, and making Touya internally grin. He now has the name of another attractive girl, and was already letting his mind cook up something with the Note. "She runs one of the cafes in town just a little bit nearby, called Pallent."

"Ah. So what brings you here?" Touya asked.

"I'm actually looking to expand our menu, and heard that some foreigners were in town, so wanted to see if you knew any exotic dishes we could add to our menu," Aeru replied.

"What do you think, should we help them out?" Touya asked, and Linze nodded. "So what sort of dishes were you hoping for?" he asked.

"Well, we were hoping for something that would be light to eat... And some deserts that the female customers would be happy to eat..."

"I can only think of ice stuff and crepes, and I don't really know how either are made..."

"Ice? Like frozen water?"

"Not quite..." Touya mused. "I mean like ice cream..."

"Ice cream?" Elize, Linze and Aeru asked simultaneously, and he sweat dropped, realizing that this world must not have such things.
