Tori asked Angela to punish Katie for taking Scarlett away from her

After hearing that nothing can stop Angela's plans for her lesbian films she is going to make after the wedding takes place. That leads me to say to Angela "Hey Angela can you punish Katie for taking Scarlett away from me since I love her so much."
