CJ's stand against Fury
Once they woke up, they began to scurry around to look for Salem. Once they made it to the front door of their own home, they were met by CJ. Little Chae looked mad at the both of them as she had hurried herself from playing with her other siblings. Eight years old and the oldest one of those common just like her.
"Leave him alone! It's both of your faults that he ran away!"
She felt it. Her siblings felt and know it too. They know when one is being neglected or overly smothered. In this case, Salem was suffocated by the both of them. Short and powerless against her more powerful sisters, she was more willing to stand between them and them trying to find him.
"You don't know what you're talki-"
"Shut it! Let him be free, he'll come back home!"
Little Chae yelled out, refusing the move away from the doorway. She glanced over her shoulder seeing Oaken joining her. The two of them are practically brother and sister by how close in age they were raised. Even if she has one week of growth more than him.
The commotion can be heard as they both yelled back and forth at each other. Sure, Penny and Fauna both have been heavily in heat for weeks on end, but the treatment they gave to Salem was just too much. CJ was firm on staying at the doorway. One of the siblings had went off to find Chae for help.
