Turning to Garcia, you ask, "What do you think Private Garcia? Think she is Army material?"

She grins. "Oh, I think so, sir. Though we would have to do a thorough inspection to be sure." Amelia beams.

"You're right about that. You, LT Mills, and I will have to do a very thorough inspection later tonight." Amelia squeals with happiness and gives you a hug and then gives Garcia one as well. Garcia blushes under her helmet. "Once we are back, I'll talk to Mills about getting her sworn in." You look around and remember where you are. "First things first, though, let's get all this loaded and get back to base." Both Garcia and Amelia work with a rejuvenated sense of purpose and before you know it, the Stryker is loaded up and on the road. You brief LT Mills about her new addition.

"Not a bad idea to get some more troops, sir. I'm sure I can have her trained up in no time." Looking through your haul, you are pleased to see that you've obtained 25 new M4 carbines, 11 M17 pistols, 6 M249 SAW machine guns, and 3 M2 .50 caliber machine guns, along with plenty of ammo, extra vests and helmets, and even a few boxes of extra uniforms. "Team 2 is done as well, sir and had similar luck. We won't have food or water problems for a while. Zhang even looted a pharmacy."

"Good work. Inform them to head back to base. We will meet them there." Your good luck continues as you see no sign of the living or the undead on your way back. Parked in front of your home base once again, Allen and Zachary held you unload.

"Good haul, Boss. We already unloaded the stuff from Team 2. Where do you want all this?"

"Make sure everyone who doesn't have one already grab a vest and a helmet as well as whatever weapons they need. One 50 cal and two SAW's will stay down here for the guards. The rest will go to LT Mill's room, along with the ammo. That will be our new armory until we can figure out a more permanent solution." He nods and relays your orders to the others. After all the unloading is done, your three Teams wait for further orders. They are all sweaty and tired. A good kind of tired that comes with a hard day's work.

"Excellent work today. We got a lot of what we needed with no casualties. You're all free to return to your rooms for the day. Lieutenant Mills has made a new roster for guard duty. It'll be two people per shift, with four hour shifts. You're released." They all begin walking upstairs, with the exception of Mills, Garcia, and Amelia.

Mills addresses you. "Sir, when would you like to start inducting our new recruit?"
