Placing the note and the outer box to the side, you pick up both box 1 and 2 from the outer box and place them in front of you on the desk. Getting up your lock the door, and close the blinds to the office. Open box 1 you see see a small machine that isn't labeled except for a small line mark, and with a single button on the side. Below in, you find a note from Jane and a smaller plain white box that says not to open until you've read the note. As per the 1st notes instructions, you pick up the note from this box and read what your wife is asking you to do.

'Hello Mary,

I'm sure you're curious about the machine, well you'll fine out what it does shortly. Inside the small white box are 3 tracing paper guides, another peice of paper that will tell you where and how to place these guides, and finally a small spray bottle of very quick drying and evaporating liquid adhesive. You're going apply the paper guides to your body where indicated, and then align the mark on the machine and the two side pods with the three templates. Press the button on the machine once all three are sligned, then wait. You are to leave the machine where it is for 40 minutes as it will automatically do what it is programmed to do, and you don't need to do anything except stay still.

Opening the small box, you find 3 small square templates with holes in the middle, roughly the diameter of a 10p coin (a quarter for those in the US). Then a single large template, this has an oval shaped cut out in the middle, and it's roughly the size of roll a full roll of ductape at the widest and the inner spool diameter at its smallest. You read through the instructions for how to apply the templates, starting with one of the smaller ones first. This one is designed to be placed on one of your hips with the other small template in the same position on the other hip. Then the big one is designed to be placed where your pubic hair would be, with the widest part going across your body.

Making sure you locked your office door and your not going to be disturbed, you strip off your outer work clothes, and pull your panties down and out of the way. Spraying the adhesive as instructed, you set all three templates onto your body where Jane instructed they be. Laying down on the sofa in your office, you set the machine on top of the larger template then pull the two side pods away and align them. The bottom of the machine covers the oval opening in the template with a slight overlap to the edge, with the same being true for the two smaller pods.

Pressing the button on the side of the machine facing you, you hear a small fan start up and see a display on the machine indicating it is doing an alignment check. Instructing you to reposition one of the smaller pods, once you have it in correct place the machine then shows a smiley face before a 3 second countdown starts. You feel heat on your skin under the three parts of the machine, and a pressure being applied on all three spots at the same time. Looking at the machine you see another countdown on it, but this time it's showing 39:48 seconds to go.

You browse through the web while the machine does its job, the heat and pressure still constant on all three spots. You receive a message from Jane asking you if you're following instructions, and to send a picture if you are. Snapping a quick pic of the machine working away, you get a quick reply from her saying you're a good girl, and she'll see you at home. After some time you feel the heat and pressure from the two side pods stop, and checking the display states they have finished but not to move them or the main unit until completion. Having another 20 mins to go you eventually start watching a TV show while waiting.

While watching your show, you hear the beep of the machine indicating it's finished as the heat and pressure from it stop. Setting your phone to the side you lift the two side pods and see on your skin two small playing card spade symbols with the word 'Sissy' in pink in the middle of them. Quickly trying to rub them off you realise that it's not possible, they are not coming off. You then quickly pull the main part of the machine off and see that you've got another larger spade symbol in the middle of your crotch, with the words 'Sissy of Spades' in the middle of that. Above it you have the words 'Sissy for BBC' and below in smaller writing 'Property of Goddess Jane' with an arrow pointing at your clit, and surrounding the words and the symbol are ornate pink ribbons. Panicking you try to call your wife but she doesn't answer, you do receive a message from her to stop calling and move onto the 2nd box for answers.
