Race over to her house.

You arrive at her house and unlock the front door with the key. As you enter, you call out her name, with urgency in your voice. She rushes out from her bedroom, with a look of confusion on her face. To your relief, she doesn't appear angry at your presence but has a look of concern on her face that you've never seen before.

"What are you doing here?" she asks, "I told you not to come over today."

"I know something's wrong," you say, trying to fix whatever the problem is before she decides to break it off with you. "I just wanted to talk it out."

She stares at you in silence for a moment, before heading into the bathroom and emerging seconds later. She comes up to you and places something in your hand, and at first, you don't realize what it is until you look closer:
