Chapter 81 by Jpyric Jpyric

It’s going to be a busy weekend!

A date with the doctor

With so much to look forward to, the rest of the week flies by. Come Saturday, you’re more excited than you expected for your date. Even more encouraging is how excited both Emi and Lili are, both Hybrids seemingly eager to move forward with this relationship. By the afternoon, as you get yourself ready, they’re practically bouncing off the walls with eagerness, despite the fact that they’re not going with you. For Lili, that’s normal, the excitable harpy has a seemingly endless supply of energy to draw upon. What’s surprising is Emi, as the normally more composed cat girl is giggly and bouncy as you finish dressing and relax on the couch to await Sam’s arrival.

Finally, your phone buzzes with the message that she’s there, and you give the girls each a kiss goodbye. They practically shove you out the door afterwards, and you hear them laughing as the door closes. Chuckling and shaking your head, you make your way outside, finding Sam waiting by her car. She’s dressed fairly casually, though still incredibly alluringly. She’s wearing a green sleeveless dress with a spiderweb pattern, which comes down to mid thigh, and a pair of ripped black leggings. And of course she’s wearing her signature choker and a leather jacket.

She smiles as you approach, greeting you with a kiss. “Andy! I’m so excited!”

You smile, nodding. “Me too, Sam. Hell, even Lili and Emi are excited, they’ve been crazy all day!”

Sam laughs, leading you to her car. “Well, we’d better not disappoint them, then. Let’s go, we don’t want to have to rush through dinner to get to the movie.”

You chuckle as you climb in. “That’s true. With such good company, it’d be a shame to miss any of it.”

She flashes you a smile as she pulls away, heading into the city. It’s not a long drive, and soon you pull up in the parking lot of a restaurant you’ve seen but never had the chance to visit, a fairly casual steakhouse. Sam takes your hand as you walk in, and you share a smile with her.

She leans closer as she speaks. “It’s been quite a while since I’ve had a proper date. I love it already!”

You nod, giving her hand a squeeze. “Same here. It helps that I feel really lucky that you’re my date!”

Sam’s eyes sparkle at the compliment, and her smile doesn’t fade at all as the two of you get seated. You order your meals, and have a pleasant conversation, nothing particularly serious. Unsurprisingly, you’re having a great time, and although the conversation slows a bit when your food arrives, you can tell that Sam is having just as good of a time.

Soon, you both finish your meals, and despite your protests, Sam snatches the bill. “You can get it next time. You can pay me back later…”

She winks suggestively, and you both laugh, though you’re surprised by what she’s insinuating. Thinking about it, though, you realize that you shouldn’t be surprised. After all, she’s hardly a stranger to your bed!

After paying, the two of you walk back to the car, this time with your arm around her waist. She’s soft and warm, and leaning against you pleasantly. Part of you wants to just cancel the movie and move on to the later evening activities, but you restrain yourself. For now.

It’s another short drive to the movie theater, and you both decide to forgo the usual snacks, instead heading in to find your seats. You’re a bit surprised by Sam’s choice of movie, a romantic drama, and she seems to notice your surprise. She laughs, leading you towards some seats near the back.

“What? Sometimes my tastes run towards the girly side of things!”

You shrug. “Not complaining! Just didn’t expect it.”

You both sit, and Sam immediately leans her head on your shoulder. The lights go down, and the movie begins. It’s actually surprisingly good, and you find yourself engrossed in the story. Sam seems the same way, though she hugs your arm as she leans against you. You had considered the possibility of fooling around a bit during the movie, but in the end you simply enjoy her company and closeness.

As the movie comes to an end, and the lights come back up, you and Sam share a kiss. You remain seated for a while as the other people leave, and as you wait, she leans in close to whisper in your ear.

“So, how about we head back to my place. I believe you owe me something, after all…”

You shiver, nodding. Your voice seems to have fled you, hearing the promise in her tone. Sam grins as she stands, still holding your hand, and tugs you gently towards the exit.

“Come on, it’s time for dessert!”
