He doesn't give her a choice

Ash knocked on the door to Lillie's room.

"Lillie, can I come in" he asked. He heard a gasp and some shuffling.

"No" she said.

"Lillie, I know you're overworking again. We talked about this" he said.

"Please don't come in" she begged. But Ash was having none of it. So he kicked open the door. Lillie squeaked and backed away. She was wearing a sweater over her dress, so he couldn't see how she changed.

"A-Ash. I told you not to come in" she said but gasped as he grabbed her wrist.

"I'm taking you on a date. You need to get out of your room" he said as he pulled her along.

"Wait, WHAT" she yelled.
