Gait's Reflection

The next morning, Molly was up before the alarm. After the past few days, she figured she’d put Paul out enough and quietly up & out before he was up.

Paul woke up to an empty bed again, but a very pleasant note for promise of a fun weekend.

Rather than wasting time, he figured he’d start working out. However, the fear of ruining his tan from the salon, he figured some training would be better than actual workout. With that in mind, he padded out of the bedroom and grabbed a training set; being down to only the neon pink set reminds him he needs to do laundry today. Sliding on his training sneakers & socks, he starts with stretches before doing some paces.

As he was on the treadmill, Paul kept kicking himself as he could feel his gait fall off and losing the hip roll. With a heavy sigh, he realized that if he’s going to practice it, he needs to avoid practicing wrong, so he better using the training aid.

Grabbing it from its storage bag, he grabs a prophylactic and goes over to the jug of oil still left over from the weekend. Kneeling on the ground with his head down, he is sure there must be a better way to do this especially as he is reminded with the headrush as he stands up.

Feeling the reminder of training aid, he is pleasantly surprised at how the hip roll can be brought back and almost relaxing as he is lost in the rhythm of the steps. Zoning out doing his walking rolls, he is brought out of calm head space with notification alerts going off from his work computer.

Strutting over to his desk he can see a plethora of alerts from clients looking for updates and asking about starting new projects. Frustrated by being practically ripped out of so much relaxation, he plops down in the chair and is immediately reminding of his training aid.

He considered getting up to remove it, but is distracted by a chat coming in from a client he’s been excited to start a new project on, so goes to focus on it.

Paul was in the zone for work for a few hours before being interrupted by a door bell ring indicating he got a delivery. Checking the front door cam, he can see the package left by the driver. Being at a good stopping point and rudely reminded by his stomach grumbling that he’s missed the morning meal, he figures he should leave work where it's at and take care of the delivery & get some food.

Standing up, his is rudely reminded of his training aid as it definitely feels like the oil is no longer providing lubrication & things are being irritated. He tries to ignore it as the hunger really seems to be a pressing issue. Walking to the kitchen and fixing a quick sandwich, he is uncomfortably learning how important lubrication is for this training aid and the oil does not last hours.

With his hunger satiated, he can’t ignore the maintenance needed by his training aid, so he goes to take it out and clean it up. After disposing of the used condom and ensuring it was properly cleansed, he can see it's almost time for his training session with Bill. Practically pouting at what he should do at this point, he grabs another rubber packet and heads back to the oil to reinstall the training aid.

Kneeling on the ground, he tries to ensure an abundant amount of oil is covering his rear entrance and covered training aid. Going through this, a mental transcript is going on in his head grumbling about why he is doing things and if it's worth it. However, as he lines up the aid with his hole, a mental playback from yesterday’s start of the training session and the smile of Bill’s face goings through his mind as the rush of the aid crossing the plain of his sphincter and the euphoria of pleasing Bill reminds him that he wants to make sure his the best he can be.

Smiling to himself with his face still on the floor and enjoying the self-praise of doing the best he can, the mental playback of yesterday reminds him of the delivery on the porch. Pulling up his pink shorts to coat his ass, he stands up taking a moment to get his balance before going to wash his hands.

Trying to make sure he has his hip movements correct, he struts to the front door and opens it. Seeing the size of the package, he steps out to pick it up and leans over to get it. The mass of mirror more than Paul anticipated. Bending at the waist as he was and still not fully used to the precarious nature of the high heels of the sneakers, he was really surprised as the front door came slamming into his partial exposed ass and shoving his training aid just a bit further home before taking a few stumbling steps over the package onto their front walk way.

Taking a moment to regain his balance and poise, the sunlight hitting his bare skin returns enough of his focus to remind him he is now standing in front of his house in just tiny neon pink tank top, matching pink short shorts, and edged high heel sneakers.

As panic creeps up his back, Paul darts his vision around looking for any sort of movement, afraid of who is seeing right now. Taking a tentative step forward, he’s reminded how uncomfortable his training aid is and reflexively moves his hips. Getting back to the package, he bends over again at the waist and pulls up the package quickly. Feeling his muscles contract and pushing his training aid out, he clenches his cheeks as he tries to quickly get to the protection of indoors, practically dragging the package in.

Taking several panting breaths against the wall as the door closes safely behind him protecting him from prying eyes. Moving forward to look through the peep hole, he looks for signs of any perplexed onlookers or noisy nannies.

Feel relieved there are no signs and that he got away from it, he proudly lifts the mirror package and sashays to unpack it & install it in front of the treadmill.

Getting it centered and lined up in front of the track, he takes a few circuits of going up to the treadmill and back down to adjust the mirror and back to ensure he felt it was positioned well. Looking at the shorts peeking out around the console of the equipment and against the dark background, he can see why Bill went with brighter colors to contrast for his view.

Noticing he still had a couple of minutes to get setup, he proudly sashays over to get the vest & Gadget, and kneels in his spot waiting for Bill hoping the efforts are seen and he is pleased with Paul.

“Hey, Paulie. How goes it?”

“Hello, Trainer Bill,” Paul smiles ready for him, “very well, all set for today!”

“Great! I see you got the mirror and put it up! Good work, Paulie.” <BUZZZZ>

“Thank you, Trainer Bill.”

“Well, lets get started with stretches and into the walking to utilize the tool.”

“Yessir, Trainer Bill!” <BUZZZ>

Bill was a little surprised with the “Sir” in there, but Paul was in such great spirits, he wanted to leave it with a small reward and focus on the immediate actions.

As Paul finished the stretching and moved over to the walking, Bill began, “okay, was you start this, try to make sure your hips are in the center of the mirror and that you can clearly see your foot falls.”

Paul could clearly see from the track all the way up to almost to where the vest met its shoulder straps. “I can see that, Trainer Bill.”

“Good. I didn’t want to get a large mirror as you should be focusing on this portion for the moment and we don’t need to distract from other pieces that will happen later.”

“Thank you, Trainer Bill.”

“Start the machine and listen to what I’m saying and follow along. Don’t worry about your vocal training for the moment.”

Paul begins the machine and starts the basic foot falls, “yes, Trainer Bill.”

“As you take each step, notice how your foot falls, try to place it directly where the other one was, if not a little over further. As you feel that foot fall set down, look at how your hips are and the elevation of each side. Then on the next step, repeat.”

Bill paused for a few beats to let Paul observe a few steps.

“As you take these steps, try to see how you can get each side at the same angle and height. Feel your aid guide you; roll your hips to keep the aid perpendicular to your hip line. Keep doing that for a moment.”

Bill would continue to watch Paul giving the occasional encourage buzz while quickly zapping as thing got out of motion.

“Keep going but the big thing to remember is symmetry. There is beauty and power in the symmetry. The eye latches onto and gets a pleasurable sense that is hard to place without focus and wonderfully trips the happy spots of the lizard mind, but is uncomforting & off-putting when the balance is gone. We want to maintain that beauty and elegance to ensure the onlookers are pulled into the ruse. Giving them no reason to doubt and every reason to feel comfortable, happy, and pleasant.”

Paul tried to remain focused on all of this, grabbing a few of the more flowery of Bill’s descriptions with only his subconscious as he was focus on his steps and hips. Left, right, left, right.... symmetry.... beauty.... power... left, right, left, right... pleasure.... wonderful.... left, right, left, right...

Suddenly, Paul catches a toe on the treadmill and stumbles a bit but gets back into rhythm and sharply reminded of his hip movements by the aid.

Bill feels the rhythm and consistency is still not quite there, but sees just how long they’ve been going and realize the fatigue & lack of focus could be contributing to more incidents. “Great recovery there, Paulie.” <BUZZZ>

Paul is a bit embarrassed by the stumble and blushes a bit, thankful for the praises and softly responds “thank you, Trainer Bill.”

“Go ahead and stop the treadmill; that lets you see how we’re going to use this to our advantage. Go ahead and come close out.”

Stopping the machine, Paul goes to kneel in his spot, “yes, Trainer Bill.”

“Alright, again, we’re making progress, but I know we’re not quite there yet. This mirror will really help you see what is going on and match it with the feelings.”

“yes, Trainer Bill.”

“Now, there is another training aid I think that would help you, but nothing so … invasive … as the plug.”

Paul blushes afraid of where this is going, “what is that, Trainer Bill?”

“In order to get a good since of the rhythm and symmetry, its important you can visual see the cycle and have physical indicators of when its off.”

“yes, Trainer Bill?”

“Normally in my training sessions, I’d introduce a tennis or field hockey pleated skirt, but I’m not sure you’re ready for that, so I’m going to get you some kilts.”

Paul is no stranger to kilts. He’s celebrated his Celtic heritage many times in the past, but he wouldn’t have any that fit his current weight. “ok, Trainer Bill.”

“When you have the hip & walking motion right, you’ll get something like a bell motion going on as it swings from side to side. If your motions are in sync, it will illustrate a consistent motion side to side. Out of sync and it will start clinging and running into you, becoming noticeable.”

“Sounds interesting, Trainer Bill. I’m not sure I have any kilts that fit at the moment.”

“That’s okay; I’ll order some, but they probably won’t get here until next week. We can work on the motion and rudimentary pieces until then.”

“yes, Trainer Bill.”

“By that point, you should be ready farely comfortable at the 4” level, so I’ll get some boots to work with at the next level.”

“Uh, okay, Trainer Bill.” <zap>

“I’m also going to get some shirts that will have a flow to them as well so you can see your arm movements in the same light. Sort of like a pirate or swashbuckler shirt.”

“yes, Trainer Bill.” <BUZZZ>

“Alright, we still need to work on the stretches and that motion, but I think you’re making progress, Paulie. We’ll do more. Take care.”

“Good-bye, Trainer Bill.”

Paul put the gadget up to charge and went to take care of the training aid to get ready for the evening. However, right after cleaning it, he got a call from Molly that work was going to stay late through dinner and she’d be home around time for bed.

Frustrated that she wouldn’t be here and his plans for dinner were pointed, he looked at the aid in his hand and figure ‘what the fuck? Might as well get some practice in.’

Walking back over to the jug, he knelt done, put his head on the ground, and shoved it back in thinking how pleased Bill was going to be with him tomorrow with the progress he’ll have made.

Starting a load of laundry for his workout & training gear, he tried to focus on his hip movements as he navigated the halls. After it was started, he grabbed his earbuds & headed back to the treadmill. Hopping on the treadmill, he got in a fair distance before he could feel fatigue in his legs setting in.

Before the muscles could tighten up, he grabbed some body oil and massaged it up and down his aching legs. Feeling a calm serenity, he figured he’d get some dinner in since Molly wasn’t going to be home for a while. Grabbing what would have been side salads, he makes a dinner for himself. As he sits at the table, the training aid reminds him of its presence. Taking the time to go take it out, clean it up, and put it away, before returning to finishing dinner.

After dinner, he got laundry switched around, tossed in the training set he was wearing, and put shoes away. As Molly sent a text stating it would be a while before she got home, his let his fatigue overtake him in bed as a calming sensation washed over him.
