I didn't always know I was exceptional. Up through adolescence, I assumed that my life like most others would be a version of your typical human existence: some growth, some change, some happiness and some heartache. Sure, I had aspirations of greatness. I liked to imagine myself one day becoming a rich CEO, a famous celebrity, or even a god - living like royalty surrounded by the world's most beautiful people. At the same time, of course, I acknowledged that was likely just a fantasy, as the people who do have those lives are the lucky few among billions of hopefuls.

Unbeknownst to me, however, a higher power was looking out for me, and they were determined to turn my dreams into reality. This is where my story begins, when the first signs of my blessing began to manifest...
