They quickly compromise, then they have to head to the amphitheater.

"I mean, Blake kinda said it herself already," Yang said. "We'll probably just cycle him between our dorms."

"Works for me!" Ruby cheered. "Dibs on having him first!"

Blake just hung her head in defeat. At least it wouldn't be full time. Yang then started looking through the package. "What are you doing?" Jaune asked her.

"Oh, just checking to see if Dad left us a note in here," Yang said.

"As if anything else could-" Jaune started to say, before Yang pulled a note out. "...I stand corrected."

""Dear Yang and Ruby. I have to leave the island for a while, so I'm sending you Zwei to take care of,"" Yang read.

On that note, the loudspeakers came on, and Glynda's voice rang out, "All first year students, please report to the amphitheater!"

"Oh right, the missions," Jaune realized.

"What are we going to do about that?" Weiss mused as Zwei ran up to the desk, barking and whining up at Blake for some attention, much to her dismay. "We can't exactly just leave him here while we're gone for a week or so..."

""Enclosed should be all the food you need,"" Yang continued to read the note from where she left off. At the word "food," Zwei immediately ran back to Yang, looking up eagerly. ""Love you both. Taiyang.""

Yang then casually turned the package over, and buried Zwei in a small mountain of canned food. "...okay, seriously, HOW?" Jaune questioned.

"And what is he supposed to do with all of that?" Weiss asked.

Yang paused, shaking the package a little, and a can opener came out, bopping Zwei on the head lightly, causing Yang to grin, saying, "Well, that settles it! Let's find our teammates and get going!"

"You guys go ahead, I'll just open some of this food for Zwei and leave some newspaper or something down on the bathroom floor," Ruby told the others. "I'll catch up when I'm done."

"Don't take too long," Jaune told her with a small smile before the group headed out... Leaving Ruby gazing at Zwei, before a mischievous smile came to her face.
