Power Girl

As luck would have it, just after making his wish, Power Girl dropped out of the sky and came up to the food truck he owned and operated. This wasn’t as unusual as it seemed. He parked it near Star Labs every Wednesday and lots of supers came by. He always enjoyed it most when Power Girl was a customer, since from his vantage point in the order window, her costume's boob window was even more spectacular.

What the hell. Why not aim high? She ordered a meatball sub and he said "Sure thing, Power Girl! I'll get that for you in a snap!"

He snapped his fingers, thinking if it didn't work it wouldn't seem too weird.

But it did work and the busty superhero was immediately entranced.
