It starts off with an ice cold beauty

You were able to find a set of five chairs that were free and you sat yourself in the middle with Kyouka on your left and Gwen on your right. You twirled around your auction paddle, glancing at it, you saw that your number was nine. Looking around at the chairs facing the stage, which no longer had stripper poles and the dancers had left, you saw various Prime Worlders with sexy characters of all sorts sitting about.

Characters such as Ty Lee, Kim Possible, Julie Yamamoto, Annabeth Chase, and others were hanging off their owners most of whom were either dressed up in fancy outfits like their characters were or were wearing whatever they could find at the time. There was one Prime Worlder wearing pajama pants and a tank top while their Kim Possible and Kim’s mom were wearing evening dresses. There was one Prime Worlder wearing a hotdog costume while his Attea and Julie (from Ben 10) were in chainmail bikinis with red cloth.

There was one woman Prime Worlder wearing what looked like blue-silvery scales that covered all of the important bits while the Jubilee and Stargirl and Magma around her were in skintight diving outfits. You were wondering what was up with that when Ethan got on stage and cleared his throat.

“Welcome ladies and gentlemen to Super Human Hideaway's first auction! Today we have 5 characters who are ready to be taken home. If you're lucky and have enough money in hand, you can take one of these lovely ladies home with you!” Ethan announced with a large grin on his face.

“Here we go,” you perk up and get your paddle at the ready.

“Yeah, let's bet on women,” Gwen said as she leaned down in her chair. You gave her a look and didn't let it bother you.

“Let's get this underway! First one is Killer Frost from the world of **** on Arkham!” Ethan called and said character was dragged out from backstage surrounded by red energy. The Killer Frost had on a dark blue, sleeveless and legless leotard, elbow length gloves and white hair.

“Killer Frost? Sounds chilly,” Gwen said as the villainess glared at the crowd.

“Yeah, she’s pretty cold though I know at least one version of her was a hero though some time travel paradox stuff happened,” you commented.

“Wait, was this one a hero?” Kyouka asked, a bit concerned.

“No, I think this one was the serial killer,” you replied as you observed the woman with pale blue skin and muscular (but not too muscular) physique still be restrained in place on stage. “The hero version was a villain for a bit due some time and dimension related insanity I think, not sure.“

“Yikes…”

“We'll start the bidding at 20,000! Do I hear 20,000?” Ethan started the auction and immediately people started bidding.

“People are seriously going to buy a serial killer and villain and bring them into their home?” Kyouka half exclaimed by your side.

“I let Gaige in the harem, fairly sure her body count is in the tens of thousands,” you comment, causing Kyouka and Gwen to stare at you in horror and disbelief. “What? They were bad guys and murderers plus with the New-U system they came back, kinda, sort of. It's complicated.” The less you think about the sometimes canon, sometimes not New-U system the better.

They were about to say something but then someone shouted. “50,000!” A woman called out, holding up her sign which had a 7 on it.

“OH! 50,000 ALREADY?! ANYONE WANNA MESS WITH THIS LADY?!” Ethan announced, with most of the bidders growing silent, some fuming in their seats and getting quickly reassured by their characters.

“50,000, going once! Going twice! SOLD to number 7!” Ethan motioned to MoM Wanda to take Killer Frost away.

“I wonder who they are going to bring out next,” you comment, a bit disappointed you were too busy defending Gaige to put in a quick bid. You didn’t really want Killer Frost but you wanted to bid at least one.
