He simply untied her

Naruto walked back to Sakura and cut her free. She put both hands right away down to make sure her dress stays in place.

Sakura hung her head down in shame. "Thanks. I really thought you'd leave me like that for a moment."

"I knew I scared you." Naruto grinned. "I still got to see more of you than I ever thought I would though, so I'm happy."

He turned to leave again, waving behind him to say goodbye before Sakura spoke up.

"Wait. You're seriously going to keep my shorts?!"

"Yep." He said without even turning around.

"Bu-but I'm completely bottomless! It's not right to leave anyone exposed like that! Especially a girl! You can't make me go home wearing only my dress!" She said with a very strained voice, as if she was trying hard not to cry. Now, Naruto did turn around to face her.

"You're right again, Sakura. It would be ungentlemanly to leave you bottomless.
