Start with some training

Sandra woke up feeling the most refreshed she's ever been in a long time. She took a shower and went back to her room in only her bra she sat in front of the mirror and put on the earbuds. Not that she knew why but she knew it was right as she put it in she felt peace as a slow hum and her bra lighting up putting her into a trance.

As Sandra pulled out the buds she snapped back to reality and looked at the clock. It was almost time for classes. She decided to wear a mini skirt that left none to the imagination with the bra and walked downstairs where her mother was there alone.
