Apparently, it had not been easy for Frank to take over the school. Getting Lauren to agree to ally with him and go along with his terms. It ended up being a good thing that Flat Tits was such a horrible person that Lauren would never want to ally with her. Lauren agreed to Cutie's terms to protect her faction as a whole.
