A chat with Yang.

Jaune stepped out of the shower, sighing in contentment at being clean, a towel wrapped around his waist. "You know, you don't exactly have to wait until after Beacon to have that kind of special relationship with Pyrrha," Yang remarked, starling Jaune, who whipped around to see a grinning Yang standing against the wall.

"Yang! How long have you been awake for?" he asked suspiciously.

"Long enough," Yang remarked. "And to clarify, you do know couples breaking up on amicable terms is a thing, right?"

"Where are you going with this?" Jaune questioned, a bit confused.

"I don't want out of the harem if that's what you're worried about," she remarked. "Just pointing out that whoever the other students at Beacon know to be your girlfriend doesn't have to be static. We could easily fabricate a story on how we ended up breaking up, but with no hard feelings between us. Such as telling anyone who asks that we rushed into things shortly after meeting because we both agreed that we liked what we saw, but the chemistry just died off. Wait about a week, then you could publicly go out with Pyrrha. That's about how long we have until the dance at any rate, plus a few days."

"Aaaand... Why are you telling me this exactly?" Jaune asked. "I thought you liked being my girlfriend?"

"Yeah, I do, but I can live without it, you know? No offense intended," Yang replied. "And when we went out, I could see the longing look Pyrrha was giving you, what we had and I could tell that beyond the sex, you and Pyrrha just have a better chemistry, and she wants that more than I do. And hey, as your head slave girl, it's partly my job to help ensure the happiness of your harem girls, ain't it?" she laughed. "...er... I CAN still keep that position even if I give up the "girlfriend" one, right?"

Jaune couldn't help himself, he just started chuckling, and shook his head. "So you WERE scheming to get me alone with Pyrrha more often lately... You already could tell what she wanted and decided she could have it if it made her happy..."

"Guilty as charged," Yang confessed, grinning.

"... seriously Yang, what would I do without you?" Jaune asked.

"Die a virgin?" Yang suggested.

"H-hey!" Jaune blushed as Yang burst out laughing. "You know that's not true, given the Sex Note," he pouted. "Even without it, I'm still pretty attractive, I could have found someone... Eventually..."

"I know, I just couldn't resist such an easy opportunity to rib ya," Yang winked while sticking out her tongue. "Gonna punish me?"

"...later. I'll do that when I come up with something fitting, I think I'll take the day to focus on whether to go through with what you suggested," Jaune chortled. "It'll also give me time to think of something to punish you with."

"Oh dear..." Yang paled slightly. "You are waaaay too devious to be allowed time to think... I should actually be worried about what you're gonna do..."

Jaune merely shot her an evil looking grin, and she gave a girly shriek, and shot out of the room so fast, it looked like she had borrowed her sister's Semblance, and shut the door behind her.

Jaune laughed his ass off at her reaction. Yep, he was definitely holding off on punishing her for a good while... Oh, he'd still do it, of course, eventually, but in the meantime...

She could worry about it.

For now though... He had to decide on what to do about the girlfriend situation... And if he went with Yang's suggestion...

He'd let Pyrrha know by asking her to the dance.
