Heavy rain starts suddenly. The girls have but stay until the rain passes.

As though he jinxed the situation, as soon as the words were out of his mouth a heavy downpour started. The rain pelted against the house and the windows with a **** strong enough to make the window frames shake a tiny bit. Strong winds blew against the house, making the lights flicker for a second. They stayed on, though, to the relief of all. A storm was one thing. A storm without electronics these days? Unbearable.

"Well, guess we got off the beach at a good time!," Sarah said, looking out the window.

"The storm looks like it came in suddenly," Maria added. "It might last for a couple of hours." looking at her phone for more details.

"No fret, ladies," Jake offered. "I have plenty of channels and entertainment to choose from. You are more than welcome to stay here for a bit and see if we can wait out the storm. " Without thinking Jake plopped down in the armchair again, the added **** parted the towel a bit. Jake wasn't aware of this development. Jake's nudity was a lot more noticeable this time. All three girls had noticed on the other hand. For the second or third time today Jake was very exposed for the girls' delight. The movie was completely forgotten for now.

Sarah started to tell Jake was becoming aware something was up. She nudges both her Spanish friends and spoke up, "Thank you Jake, I don't think it would be safe to return to my car until after this storm. Beside you know I'm not the best driver in sunny conditions." Sarah alluded to the time she got in an accident in high school two days after getting her license. She was teased a lot back then as she totalled a brand new fancy car. Ever since then she's driven an old Volkswagen beetle. I mean her parents are rich, so the car in question was in near perfect condition when she was given it, in fact still in great shape. This wasn't Sarahs proudest memory, but she knew this would distract Jake from the girl's weird behavior, so she could whisper, "Be cool" to the her friends.

Maria turned away from Jake, looking out the beach facing window, she watched the storm outside. Sarah mustered all her will power looked Jake in the eyes. Carla didn't advert her eyes at all and just took in the view. Lucky for all three of the gawkers, there was a bit of commotion on the street and Jake joined Maria in looking out onto the beach.

Outside the windows, Jake could see people on the beach scurrying to their cars and houses in a hurry, towels held over some of their heads. Honestly, it was kind of a funny sight to be seen from his warm and toasty seat. Jake held in laughing at the beach dwellers bad fortune. Maria on the other hand didn't feel this urge and gave a sharp crackle of a laugh. Jake strangle enjoy this disregard for other people from Maria. Sarah and Carla stole one more glance before...

[The lights went out.]

[Lightening and thunder started.]
