That night I had a peculiar dream...
What was the dream?
I walked through the dark hallways of the convent, just barely illuminated by the faint light of the torches esconced on the wall.
I stopped when I reached Mother Superior's room and, without a hint of doubt, knocked on her door. She answered with a "coming!" in a drowsy voice and, in less than two minutes, the door opened.
Mother Superior: Sister Layla, in the name of all that is holy, what compels you to my room at these hours of the night?
Layla: Oh Mother Superior... I've come to confess, for guilt eats away at my insides. I've failed in the penitence you assigned to me!
Mother Superior: What are you talking about, Sister? I don't have time for games right now.
