The new world order new ideology quickly swept the world the weirdest part about it was it revolved around a single ethnicity any other ethnicity aside from this one was considered inferior men of inferior ethnicities were feminized and turned into sex slaves while females were turned into breeders for the Superior race

( this is obviously for bleached and blacked and if you want to add others that's fine too. I forgot to say this but characters from various mediums can be used but they're just normal people )

( I honestly don't know what tan skin or Asians would be called when they are the superior so if anybody can tell me you would be appreciated or you can just write that chapter yourself because there are skin tones between white and black)
