Introduce yourselves

You do not wait long before Darcy's contact Terrian arrives. Even if there would have been no missing him (his physical size and the red hair makes him stand out), he calls to you as he enters.

"Ah, Darcy! Looking beautiful as ever. These must be your associates." He smiles as he looks at you all. After a moment you watch his eyes slide away from the group to take full stock of Darcy. Something about the playful familiarity in his tone and manner irritates you but you put it to one side.

"Terrian, this is Melody, Evin and our brave and noble leader; Vander." Darcy gestures to you each in turn, reserving a reassuring and slightly teasing smile just for you. "After we're in we won't bother you so as to keep you from as much suspicion as possible."

"Ah well good!" Terrian laughs in that deep voice of his. "I will be with my wife this evening anyway. In fact we shouldn't keep her waiting."

You follow Terrian's eyeline to the scene outside. Through the large windows you see a very sophisticated older woman openly glaring daggers at you all from a carriage parked in the street. She is attractive in an old-money sort of way, her hair coiled neatly up off her shoulders and a large, glittering diamond necklace splashed over her defined collarbones. This must be the wife.

"Well then, shall we?" Melody's hand on your shoulder brings you back to the room.

"Yes, I think we're as ready as we'll ever be."

With your approval your team moves into business measures and you exit into the street. Terrian helps his wife from the carriage and as a group, you round the corner to the gate of Beluar's mansion.
