The first triggers

"Sorry, must have spaced," Futaba yawned.

"Oh!" Haru said, looking around. "What are we doing in your room, Ren?"

Ren wasted no time. "Strike a pose."

Ann immediately placed one hand on her hip, let one dangled to the side, cocked her hips to that side and pouted her lips.

"Wait, what?" Makoto asked. "What's that mean? Who's Ann?"

"Join the harem."

Makoto gained a sultry smile. "Mmh, don't worry. Mako-chan's gonna take all your cares away."

As Makoto began to strip, Ren turned to Haru.

"Mirror image."

Haru blankly began to mimc all of Makoto's movements.

"Mmm, ten-hut."

"Sir!" Sumire gave a salute. "How may I serve you?"

"Guard the door."

"Hai, sir!"

Sumire marched to the attic door. It was funny to imagine the wiry, small Sumire being a guard.

"Special treatment."

"Oh, Master," Futaba purred. "You look so tense."

She got behind him, and Ren felt her hands on his shoulders as both Makoto and Haru stood in their bra and panties.
