Meet Bethany

"Dave! I'm so glad you could make it! Please, have a seat," Jackie says from behind her ornate hardwood desk.

She looks just as radiant as the last time you saw her with shoulder-length blonde hair with just a small touch of gray that adds rather than takes away from her appearance. Her skin has a few traces of wrinkles, betraying her age, but they do little to cover up the woman's charming face. As she stands to greet you, you couldn't help but notice her sizable bust, C-cup if you had to guess. Her skirt showcases a flare of hip. She looks fit, though with womanly curves you rarely see on a woman in her fifties. She gestures to the empty one of the two seats in front of her desk, both angled to be half-facing her and half-facing each other. In the other chair, you see a much younger blonde woman turn to face you with a warm friendly smile. There's an uncanny resemblance between her and the older woman behind her desk. She has the same sparkling eyes and the same blonde hair, though a bit longer and without the gray.

"I'd like you to meet my daughter Bethany. Bethany, this is Suzy's husband Dave," Jackie says as the younger woman stands to greet you. While the resemblance to her mother is unmistakable, there are some distinct differences beyond age. Bethany is very busty, much more so than her mother, and softer bodied. The most obvious difference though is that Bethany is very pregnant, likely within her third trimester. This only adds to her attractiveness. Her maternity business attire seems tailored to accentuate her motherly attributes rather than hide them. She offers you her hand, and you give it a firm but gentle grasp.

"I's so nice to meet you, Dave. I've heard such good things about you," she says before adding a little more softly and with an almost imperceptible smirk, "...very good things."

"Well, he was very good after all," Jackie adds in a less subtle tone.

"Oh behave, Mother! Or should I call you Grandmother?" Bethany responds in mock-chastisement.

"Just because you're giving me my first grandchild doesn't mean you can tell me how to behave, dear daughter," Jackie chides back. "Besides, I didn't hear you tell Carlos to behave with that new..."

"Mother!" Bethany cuts her off.

Jackie raises her hands in apology. "Okay, my dear, okay. I'm sorry. Just poking a bit of fun, that's all. Let's get down to business, shall we?"

Jackie and Bethany both sit back down. You take the seat next to Bethany. After composing herself in a more businesslike demeanor, Jackie looks at you and smiles.

"Dave, in the short time Suzy has been working here, she has become an invaluable asset to this company. She has the kind of drive and motivation that I've been looking for in the next generation of leaders for this company. She reminds me a lot of myself at her age, and it's no secret that I've take her under my wing to help her progress in her career. Now, I think she's ready to take the next big step, and I intend to promote her to a junior executive position, effective immediately."

You feel absolutely floored. This is incredible! You knew Suzy was doing well in her job, but you hadn't expected her to earn such a huge promotion so quickly. Seeing just how stunned you are by the news, Jackie gives you a moment to collect yourself before she continues.

"Bethany is here to help me draw up Suzy's new contract and to answer any legal questions you may have concerning her new position. She's a business attorney, and our company is one of her law firm's biggest clients," Jackie explains.

"Of course, I would be happy to go over the contract as well as additional benefits and stock options in detail with you and Suzy later. For now, I just want to be the first to say 'congratulations'," Bethany says to you.

"Thank you," you reply at a loss for what else to say.

"Bethany makes a good point. We should be having this meeting with Suzy here, but I wanted to tell you first because I have a special surprise planned for her, and I would like you to be a part of it. We usually like to wrap up these conferences with a... celebration, of sorts. I would like to surprise Suzy with her promotion there, and I would love for to join us as my special guest."

"Really? Wow, I would love to." you say, still at a loss for words.

"Splendid! We can talk more about it over dinner. I'm afraid I have a few more matters take care of, so you'll have to excuse me for a little while. Bethany, could you be a dear and keep Dave company while I finish up my business here?" Jackie asks.

"Of course! Come with me Dave," Bethany says happily as she stands up and motions toward the door.

"Don't worry, I'll be downstairs in a flash!" Jackie says to the two of you as you leave her office.
