Samus shakes off her hesitation and pushes the chip into the port. Nothing happened immediately, but after a few minutes she became aware that the inside of her suit had become wet.

"Computer, is there a mirror somewhere I can use?" asks Samus,

"I will display a camera feed of you on the screen."

A live feed of Samus appears on the screen in front of her. She turns round and looks over her shoulder, noticing that spreading from the area around where the port to her suit is is a creeping series of purple, glowing vein-like channels. Quickly, they spread across the entirety of her suit. The first of the changes that the creature appeared to make was to change the base colour of her suit to a matte black.

"It occurs to me that it may not be immediately obvious what the creature is doing. It appears to have changed your suit colour to black in an attempt to improve your stealth capabilities, bright glossy blue is not the stealthiest of colours. It also appears that the circuitry within your suit has been altered somewhat as well, I predict that your suit will be capable of producing an active stealth effect on command." Explains the computer.

"Wow, that's really quite useful. Thank you computer." Samus replies, realising that just thinking about the stealth causes it to activate. In an instant, her suit appeared to blend in almost completely with her surroundings and a hood appeared to extend over her head, making her completely invisible. "Hmmm... Perhaps thinking about stealth is a little too easy to accidentally activate." She comments, removing the hood from her head. As she does so, the stealth deactivates. She pulls the hood back over her head and the stealth reactivates, before promptly removing it again.

"This thing is amazing!" She exclaims, wondering what else it will do to her suit.
