A request

“Miss Skyler” I spoke before she was by the door. She turned around and looked at me. “Could you do one last thing for me?”

“What sweet boy.”

“Could you give me a cup of water? It would save me a lot of trouble going out of bed.”

“Of course,” she said, giving me a meaningful smile. She walked to the sink, took a cup, and held it under the faucet. Just when she opened the water tab, water began spraying everywhere. As quickly as possible, she tried to turn off the water. But the tab didn’t turn, I let her struggle for about 10 seconds then suddenly the water tab could turn again and close. Now it was really hard to repress a smile. Nurse Skyler was still standing facing the sink. I could hear her mutter.

“Why can things never just go as they need to.”

“You oké?” I asked with my sweetest voice.

“Yes, Yes, fine.” She replied, turning towards me. She was soaked, from the top to her lower pants. Through her doctor's coat, I could see her nipples piercing in the TL-light of the room.

“I’m sorry about the mess,” she said and pointed at the floor, somebody will clean that up. If you excuse me, I need to change, I will make sure somebody gets you your water.” With that said Skylar walked again towards the door, which to her surprise is now closed. She grabs the knob and tries to open the door, but it doesn't move an inch. “What the heck is this?”

“Yeah, that door jams sometimes,” I say. “If you want to get dry, there are towels in the bathroom. Maybe go dry up first and then try the door again, because you are leaking water everywhere.”

Skyler looked at the ground. “Maybe that is smart.” She said and sighs before walking into the bathroom and closing the door.
