Final Orgasm is the pay per view before the big event of the summer, Whore Bash. It deals with the aftermath of all the title defenses from Yellow Fever.

But make no mistake these matches are tough and brutal. As plenty of people want revenge for what happened at that pay per view. But this pay per view grudges are set and new rivalries are made as we see which wrestler will fall and which one get the Final Orgasm.
