The next day

Alice got ready to go to school and headed out. She saw Stacey smirking as she looked at her phone, but didn’t question it as she left the house heading down the street and waited at the bus stop.

She boarded the bus and took a seat at the front ignoring the usual chatter as usual. She could hear snickering and laughter but she figured they were probably just watching some silly meme videos or something.

Finally she entered the school and headed for her locker.
