Rachel does some research!

In the few short hours left before the meeting Rachel set aside a little bit of that time to do some of her own research into Axiom. She knew the company name of course, everyone did. All of the reviews they had were nothing but stellar recommendations to use them as the premier go-to source for implementing workforce development and disciplinary programs. The website had testimonials from both men and women, from leadership positions and from the worker level like her, all claiming Axiom and the services they provide were instrumental in creating a positive and professional work environment. With woman after woman attesting to how badly they needed discipline in their lives and how Axiom was able to deliver it. Some testimonials mentioned how much it hurt but put more emphasis on how much greater the discipline and punishments improved their work performance and attitude.

Reading the testimonials only added to Rachel's unease and discomfort! She was well aware the laws had changed, female discipline was now as common place as going to the movies with friends! But the new laws had not yet been implemented with her company Trifecta Solutions....based on the meeting with Axiom she felt that was going to change.

Getting a soft little ding and a reminder on her laptop for a 15 minute warning her supervisor came out and they both made small talk about the upcoming meeting, about Axiom, both joked about how she was probably getting selected for some sort of special project that would take her away from his team.

She was wearing a light tan silk blouse, black pencil skirt and sheer black thigh-highs that disappeared up beneath her skirt. Her attire was very professional! From her own awareness, she knew her attire did nothing to hide the roundness of her bottom, and infact, the tight pencil skirt that hugged her thighs only served to further accentuate the round shapely swell of her backside. Due to the tightness of her skirt her choice of undergarments, in order to be professional, were extremely limited. As a result, beneath her skirt she wore a simple seamless black thong.

A choice she would soon come to regret.

The mood with her supervisor, team lead and herself was professional, joking, with an air of excitement, and despite her nervousness, she couldn’t help but feel excited too.

Before the meeting started, everyone was socializing and interacting in a friendly manner. In the room, there were 5 men and 4 women, including herself. The CEO, the HR director, her group lead, supervisor, and then a representative of Axiom. The women, were herself, her team lead and two representatives of Axiom.

Rachel hardly noticed she was only non-white person in the room. It was something she had gotten used to as a result of working in the professional office world.
