“I have a better idea,” Stephanie said. “The state has been campaigning for nudist rights and have implemented a program to test run this campaign. They were hoping to test it in a small or local town. I think Arnold would be perfect for it. I already thought about submitting him as a volunteer.”
“Oh…” Debra said. “And what would that program entail?”
“Well,” Stephanie said. “By law, Arnold would be required to be nude for a year minimum with possibility of extension. No matter where, no matter what, Arnold would be forbidden from wearing any clothes.”
Arnold’s eyes widened. “N-no… please… I can’t be n-naked!”
“I think that’s perfect,” Debra said.
“I’ve the form with me right here,” Stephanie said. “I’ll fill it out and tomorrow Arnold will not be allowed to wear clothes at all. Although for now I’m sure he can attend his classes nude.”
Arnold gasped. “M-mom… please…”
“Unless Arnold wants to admit that he faked being sick,” Stephanie said. “In which case I’ll come over there and punish him myself.”
Arnold’s jaw dropped. Admit he faked being sick… or… be **** naked for at least a year… Arnold squirmed as the girls all watched eagerly.
