The temptation of a way home was too much for Jade to resist. She turned south and walked down a road that soon transitioned from dirt into worked stone. It was cool against her bare feet as she continued on it for hours. Above her the bright moon fell and a duller blue moon rose. But even it started to vanish as soon as the sun rose. Dawn was here.

Strangely as the sky became lighter Jade found her vision getting worse. The bright sun made the sky and land around her almost blinding to her. It was not impossible to see, just put a noticeable strain on her eyes and made distant objects hard to make out. Especially if they were in direct sunlight. It seemed whatever benefit she got from this enhanced night vision gave her a negative to her normal vision.

Even with the distorted vision Jade could see something rising up on the horizon. A large geographic feature. As she neared it she saw a cliff face. The road led right up to a chasm in the cliff. Jade continued forward. Her vision cleared as she came into the shadow of the cliff and the chasm within it. The lack of direct sunlight allowed her to see clearly once more.

She noticed the cliff walls were engraved with large murals of what appeared to be planets and suns. Was this the gate of realms? She walked through the chasm, amazed by these engravings, the scale of them alone left her feeling awestruck. The chasm came to a large doorway at the top of carved stone stairs. Dozens of pillars on either side of the doorway bore what appeared to be stone statues of naked women with large pregnant bellies, full breasts and horn markings on their lower abdomen, right above their mounds. Metal chains held the statues arms above their heads and around the pillars.

Jade shivered as she stepped in through the pillars. Was this the maze of the Minotaur? Was the gate of realms beyond it? Within it? She felt a dreadful sense of foreboding as she walked into the dark stone halls. She reached a crossroads early on. A door leading forward that had a pair of breasts made of bronze upon it as a door knocker. Another door on the right with what appeared to be a bent over woman's backside as a keyhole. And a last door to the left which was made of gold and had jewels encrusted in it.

What did any of that mean? Jade paused for a moment as an idea came to mine. "Hey voice… I know you are listening… you are always listening… always watching… so listen up," Jade said as she took a deep breath and decided to go through with her plan. "I know you want to see me in… whatever situation is behind anybody these doors… I am sure you will tell me to pick one of them but here's the deal. Tell me what's behind the doors and I won't… I won't fight back… as much. I will be more willing to go along with whatever suggestion you make… okay?"

Jade paused for a moment and then bit her bottom lip as the voice began to speak…
