She starts work immediately

As April is trying to figure out how to sneak out of the office, she picks up her skirt and panties. "Oh, it's okay, leave them there. I'll keep them safe for you.", interjects Jack.

"Fuck", April thinks but doesn't say. And then he says something even worse.

"I'll hold onto them for you while you begin your first day.", says Jack, dumbfounding April.

"Oh, sir, you don't have to...", she begins.

"No problem. I want you to start work today and I want to support your...uhhh...lifestyle.", he continues, "Go to your office, it's 101A, right past the break room.

And with that, she has to follow those orders. She makes her way out of Jack's office, naked from the waist down, and makes it past the break room. Despite her imagining the worst possible outcome, nobody is there and she gets to her office and sanctuary. And the first hour she gets to take a break and assess her situation. But the peace doesn't last long...
