A whole new wooooooorld. (couldn't resist, she shows you the village)

Lira and Aella start guiding you around the various parts of the village. They show you basic things to start with such as leather crafting, blacksmiths, food storage, and so on before moving to more interesting things. One thing you note when they show you a basic home is the abundance of art in the home. You wonder to yourself if that was unique to that home until Lira shows you an artistry hut. Inside are various people carving, molding, and painting.

It makes you smile when you see the adults teaching children their style of art, and an adult takes each of you aside to try your hand at their style of art. For about an hour you work with your teacher and complete a rudimentary carving of Copper that you gave to one of the children. Who immediately ran off to show all of her friends. Annabel, Nadine, and Rene helped create what looked like a Bonsai tree from a small pine tree. Jane and Yvette each made some pottery from clay. Dawn created a beautiful painting of you and Lira shaking hands that she gave to Lira. Who was so impressed with the painting that she had Aella go take it to Lira's room.

Moving on after Aella returned and cleaning up a little, Lira took you to visit their shaman. Tavor, their shaman, was only recently given this position as the previous shaman and their apprentice went on a trip to gather some rare ingredients only to not return. Lira explained that they tried tracking them, but were unable find out where they went or what happened. As she explained it she assumes that they were killed, since they wouldn't have just left otherwise. Regardless of the how or why the Amazons find themselves for the first time in a long time without an experienced shaman. Annabel and Nadine stayed behind with Tavor to help teach him as much as they can, as the rest of you continued on.

"If you wish it we can continue helping Tavor become a better shaman for you" you offered Lira "it wouldn't be any trouble. Not to mention if you wanted to you could come as well and we could show you our home" you added.

"I think I might just take you up on that offer. Perhaps you could show me where you sleep" Lira replies with a smirk. Before you could reply you feel a tug on your hand and turn to see Ainia with a beautiful Amazon woman who has a crown of flowers on her head. The woman is young, but appears to be an adult standing about a foot taller than you, and you can't help but notice she looks a bit like Lira, Aella, and Ainia. She blushes a bit as you address Ainia first.

"Hello again Ainia. Are you and the others still having a fun time with the dinos" you ask her.

"Yes sir...er...John. I wanted to introduce my sister to you though. Today's celebration is for her after all" Ainia says excitedly as she pulls the young Amazon forward.

"Oh great! I was wondering when I would meet you today. My name is John, and I hope you are having a fun day so far" you say extending your hand out. The young Amazon bites her lower lip and grips your wrist just as Lira had done previously.

"Um...thank you. My name is Lina" she responds letting your wrist go. "I have been having a very good day so far, and have been excited to meet you since my mother and Aella told me you were coming the other day. Will you be taking part in the fighting today" she asks you. She seems to be placing a lot of excitement on the answer you might give her. Her question makes Aella and Lira chuckle earning a stare from Lina that suggests she wants them to shut up.

"Fighting" you ask looking to Lira and Aella for an explanation.

"Yes, traditionally in a celebration such as this there is a tournament to determine who is the best fighter that day. We use weapons made from steel wood so it is not lethal. Each fight ends when one or the other surrenders" Lira explains.

"Or gets knocked out" Aella adds.

"Yes, but that is rare" Lira responds "if you want to enter the tournament there would be no issue" Lira asks you almost as if you've already said yes.

"Uh sure. Sounds like it would be fun to spar for a bit. Count me in" you reply. You figure it would be a good chance at seeing how well you can do against Amazon fighters. Lina almost jumps for joy when she hears your answer.

"G-great. I can't wait to see you fighting" Lina exclaims "I hope you win" she adds in a much shyer tone.

"He's going to fight" Ainia exclaims excitedly to Lina "let's go tell everyone" she says pulling Lina away who stares at you as she is pulled away. She gives you one last wave before getting pulled out of sight. You turn back to Lira and Aella who are smirking at you.

"I didn't know seeing me fight would be so exciting" you say.

"It isn't so much the seeing you fight part Lina was excited about" Aella chuckles.

"What do you mean" you ask curious.

"She wants you to win" Lira replies as if that explained it.

"What happens if I win" you ask curious again.

"John" Yvette gets your attention and you can see her smiling at you "you can't be this clueless can you" she says teasingly. Still not sure what they are getting at you see the rest of your group smiling at you as well. It then hits you.

"So if I win...Lina and I...would...er" you stammer.

"Lina would take you as her first lover" Lira finishes for you.

"Lina was always favored with luck" Aella says wistfully. She immediately realizes what she said out loud and blushes.

"Yes, that is true" Lira says giving you a look up and down. Lira is much less shy about what her statement implies you notice.

"Um...how...er rather...when does" you begin stammering again.

"The tournament will start the celebration shortly. When a winner is declared Lina has the option of taking the victor to her bedroom, or if she wished it she could choose another, but that usually is not the case. After she is satisfied she emerges from her room a woman, and the rest of the celebration begins" Lira explains to you.

"Can a woman enter into the tournament" Yvette asks.

"The gender of the participants is determined by who the celebration is for. In this case Lina has asked that only men participate, but it is not uncommon to have just women. Usually it is both" Aella answers. Yvette pouts at the answer making you feel better about the situation somehow.

"If you are going to be in the tournament we should probably head there now. It was going to be our next stop anyways since Aella and I will be required to watch over how it proceeds" Lira explains. Your group follows Lira and Aella to clearing in front of Lira's building, and you wave to Annabel and Nadine who are on the opposite side from you with Tavor. Annabel mouths something to you, but you can't read her lips that well and signal with your shoulders you don't understand. Annabel thinks for a moment and then points at you, followed by mimicking swinging a sword, and then points at the circle of stones in the center of the clearing. Realizing she is asking if you are fighting in the tournament you nod your head yes. Annabel immediately smiles and gives you a thumbs up, followed by pointing at Lina, then making a circle with her thumb and index finger, and then poking her other index finger through the circle several times with a huge grin on her face.

You definitely understand what she's getting at and give her a look that you can't believe she did that. Annabel clearly starts laughing hard, and you can see her explain the situation to Nadine who also starts laughing with her. You hear snorting behind you, and you turn to see your group of girls struggling to not laugh.

"I'm guessing you saw Annabel across the way" you ask them. They can only nod as they start laughing. Lira and Aella also seem to be unable to hold in their own laughter. You roll your eyes as you try not to draw attention to yourself.

"Dawn, can you help me out of my armor please" you ask her. Dawn takes a moment to stop laughing and you feel the armor start to peel off of you. You step out of it drawing stares from Lira and Aella. They look at each other for a moment, but shrug their shoulders and tell you to follow them.
