Finds a ring

April was at her favorite store, The Caldron. It was the best place to get the esoteric, the strange, the high fashion she so loved. It was, basically, Hot Topic for wannabe witches. The owner was an older, gothic woman, beautiful and mysterious. It was always smoky and atmospheric, with and strange things. She was currently looking at a table of ornate jewelry. A ring caught her attention. It was a twisted metal loop with a red stone on it. She went to put it on when the store owner spoke up.

"Careful my dear." She said, raising her hand in caution. "That is no ordinary ring..."
