Mushrooms!

A group of mushrooms sits nestled into the gnarled roots of a large and thick tree. You inspect them and note that their coloring and shape is that of an edible mushroom and not a poisonous one. You hold it up to the light and find that sunlight passes through it's delicate head and you see a liquid inside. This could indicate that it's the special mushroom you've been looking for!
